5. Sit for the exam organized by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) to be
qualified as a RHIA (registered Health Information Administrator) and RHIT (registered Health Information Technician) coder who had graduated from a bachelor’s degree program and an associate’s degree program accordingly.
6. One can look for related jobs which require academic qualification with a degree in the medical billing and coding through the AHIMA website.
